• Versatile Design: In the event that the electric heating system stops functioning, the burner remains fully functional as a traditional (non-electric) bakhoor burner. You can simply place coal inside the housing to burn bakhoor in the classic manner.

• Damage Policy: If the outer body of the burner arrives physically damaged, you may file a claim according to our standard damage policy. Please note that mechanical issues regarding the heating element are not covered under this warranty.
